• low noise, high linearity, high consistency phemt-based rfic devices (model mga-55243) from agilent technologies. these devices are based on agilent's second generation gaas phemt fabrication technology, in combination with agilent's well established, well-proven, high-volume packaging and testing capacities. the mga-5243 can be used for all rf/microwave amplifier applications where low noise figure, good gain, and high linearity are key specifications for the overall design. also since it is a 50 ohm matched building block amplifier, desing engineers will find it easier to design with compared to discrete transistors.
