• integral shaft water pump bearings are versatile units enabling designers to take advantage of cost, space and performance. these bearings have two rows of balls within a common outer race. the central shaft has the inner raceways precision ground with centre corresponding to those on the outer race . a cage is used at each rolling element path , to space and retain the steel balls. the bearings are prepacked with grease which is positively retained by metal encased rubber seals at each end, these in turn protect the beariings from any foreign matter entering.
