• presenting sigma iron-worker from energy mission engineers a versatile tool for any engineering workshop. the machine is designed to fulfil the day-to-day requirement of engineering workshop and can perform eight defferent operations like punching. shearing, angle cutting, channel cutting, square bar cutting and round-bar cutting, notching and corner cutting, channel cutting, square-bar cutting and round-bar cutting, notching and corner cutting. six different models are available. overview: punching - 36 to 55 tonnes: angle - up to 120 x 120 x 12 mm; channel - up to 100 x 50 mm; round bar - up to dia 40 mm; square bar - up to width 40 mm; flat - up to 300 x 1 mm thick; and notching - up to 110 x 58 x 16 mm. the structure is made of ultrasonically tested steel plates to withstand high cutting forces. the machine is hydraulic powered to facilitate smooth and silent cutting operation. its hydraulic system design itself ensures the safety parameters during the operations.
