• spm india has successfully engineered h-tech washing cell for batch cleaning and drying of precision hydraulic components. this technology is exactly matched for accuracy batch washing and drying of hydraulic cylinder parts such as hec; pistons, air operated valve body, solenoid valve body, hydraulic manifolds, and small aircraft engine parts, before final assembly. the cell comprises ultrasonic pre washing; jet spraying, ultrasonic rinsing and hot air drying on a batch of components in cycle time of 140 secs to achieve cleanliness imparity level less than 0.20 mg per component in sqc. in the hi-tech cell developed, the component to be washed (material - cs and ms) had intricate passages and was smeared with rust preventive oil, grinding metallic and atmospheric dust. this machine has walking beam principle for component basket index, to perform automated application such that, every 140 secs one batch of basket is available for the operator unloading. the machine has 4 stations performing specific predetermined cleaning and degreasing applications. besides hi-tech washing cell, the company allows total turnkey customised solutions for industrial washing for general and specific jet pressure washing and drying operations.
