model opfa-3000 has been designed for production testing of cast or forged components, leaf springs, etc, for brinell hardness value high speed test results as operations are fast and automatic with less operator fatigue and the cycle time (except loading/unloading) is about 12 seconds per test. its specifications are: load,stages-750 kg and 3,000 kg; machine frame: (c type); optical measuring equipment is with 14x magnification; hydraulic system for the operation of machine; and power supply: 3-ph, 440 v, 50 hz ac. the job is to be kept on the table and the cycle start button is to be operated, the job is clamped; loading of test load, unloading is done, and the impression is visible on screen. after the measurement of impression, declamp button is to be pressed and the job gets into its original position and the machine is suitable for foundries, and engineering industry on production line.
