• fine spavy associates offers an automatic optical brinell hardness tester, designed for production testing of cast or forged components, leaf springs, etc, for brinell hardness value. since most of the operations are fast and automatic, the test speed is high with less operator fatigue and the cycle time (except loading/unloading) is about 12 seconds per test. specifications of the machine: load stages - 750 kg and 3,000 kg; machine frame (c-type); optical measuring equipment with 14x magnification; hydraulic system for operation of machine; and, power supply 3-phase 440 v, 50 hz ac. the machine is automatic - place the job on the table and operate the cycle start button and the job is clamped, the loading and unloading of test load is done and the impression is visible on screen. after the measurement of impression, the declamp button is to be pressed to get the job into its original position and is suitable for foundries and engineering industries on
production line.
