• mayura analytical has developed a state-of-the-art universal personal computer controlled auto titrator at-97. this can be attached to any ibm compatible pc (at 286, 386, 486 or pentium) with just a monochrome monitor. an interface board cable and control cable connect it to the computer. the menu driven software is user friendly. all routines can be set up in advance for any potentiometric and conductometric (karl fischer and nitrite) titration. this is an all in one titrator with the power of computer for users’ benefit. all titrations carried out can be stored in the computer memory (hdd or fdd) and recalled and reprocessed for best representation. all processing procedures can be saved and executed under "method file"operation. different calculation methods are available for users selection. at-97 has a well designed dosing system with motor driven burette with volume dosing of 0.oo1 ml and automatic direction selection valve for suction and delivery operations. no limitation of the volume for each titration. the status of "fill"or "titrate are indicated on this. all operations are menu driven through computer keyboard. the ph electrode can be calibrated with normal buffers and the calibration can be stored and recalled for direct use. titration curves either in ph scale or mv scale can be plotted. the first derivative curve can be plotted. the first derivative curve can be called after each titration to verify the number of end points all volumes corresponding to each endpoint is displayed immediately on completion of titration. calculations can be proceeded on selection of calculation methods. results can be interpreted in terms of end point volume or percentage or ppm as per the users selection.
