• counterbalance stackers are the latest offerings from asmita enterprises . counterbalance equipment's cannot be ignored when there is no room/entry space for accommodating legs of standard stackers on below the load. in this forks side is clear for lifting and can enter in pallets with closed bottom. these stackers are offered in 250 kg and 500 kg manual movement and manual or ac powerpack operated lifting with load center at 500 mm and 1000 kg stackers are available with battery operated lifting and traction, self weight of stacker itself is considerable hence good flooring is required. the battery operated counterbalance stacker can replace forklifts at almost 50% cost when the movement of material is inside the factory. lift heights are available up to 4500 mm. also in counterbalance type instead of stacker floor cranes can be supplied up to 1000 kg capacity and maximum hook height up to 3000 mm. these are compact and cheap compared to big escort cranes and thus are very much suitable for use within the factory.
