• insapflex-ss corrugated hose assemblies meets the demands of today's technology that conduits offering very high-pressure resistance, vacuum tightness, thermal stability and corrosion resistance. an exporter of stainless steel corrugated insap, an iso 9002 certified company, hose assemblies. its applications are found mainly in vehicle construction, in ship building, in refrigeration, air conditioning, sanitary and central heating engineering, in power and nuclear engineering, in the chemical industry and in the gas and natural oil sector. inspatflex-ss is manufactured to replace traditional rubber and plastic hoses where high (+ 600 c) and low (-196 c) temperature chemically corrosive fluids are encountered. its hoses are designed to be used for correcting of minor misalignment and to accommodate reciprocating or flexing movement and to absorb the vibration. presently, this company offers hoses from 1/4" to 8" id sizes with any type of pulse tig welded connections. its inner corrugation of these hoses are manufactured out of ss 321 quality and normally covered with one or two layers of ss 304 wire braiding to give extra strength and stability. it also supply's stainless steel corrugated hose assemblies having inner core made out of ss 304, 326, 316l with ss 321, ss 316 braiding, etc, against specific orders. its fittings will be as per the specifications/drawings, connected with the hose by specially imported pulse tig welding process.
