• heat plast international manufacture automatic hot air welding of pvc and vinyl floorings with welding rods. the model is outfitted with 3-point surface contact to ensure pressure and dependable weld and neutral gear facility for machine adjustment. welding rod feed mechanism is suitable for all sizes of spool and provides nozzle angle adjustment. constant feed rate is completed by use of heat resistant coatings on pressure roller and guide. this machine is used for welding all types of pvc flooring materials. the welding speed can be adjusted from 3 to 19 metres/min and is infinitely constant. air temperature can be adjusted from 20-700c and is rated for continuous operation with power of 300 w.
