Control in all things is important and temperature control is most important. Temperature controller is used universally starting from common household to the biggest industries. Temperature control is a process in which the temperature of an object is measured and the passage of heat energy into or out of the object is adjusted to achieve a desired temperature. These temperature controllers come in different configuration and is constructed by using variety of materials. Digital temperature controllers as well as conventional temperature controllers are available in the market. Air-cooling solution providers use this equipment to indicate and control the temperature in various fields. Versatility, repeatability and high level of efficiency make this measuring meter an obvious choice of the user. A thermostat is a device for regulating the temperature of a system so that the system's temperature is maintained near a desired setpoint temperature. A thermostat constantly measures the current temperature and controls the heater's valve setting to increase or decrease the room temperature according the user-defined setting. Thermostat uses a simple method that switches the heater or cooler either completely on, or completely off, and an overshoot and undershoot of the controlled temperature must be expected.
a more expensive method varies the amount of heat or cooling provided by the heater or cooler depending on the difference between the required temperature and the actual temperature. This minimizes over/undershoot. This process is called pid and is implemented using a pid controller. Pid controller is a generic control loop feedback mechanism widely used in industrial control systems. A pid controller attempts to correct the error between a measured process variable and a desired setpoint by calculating and then outputting a corrective action that can adjust the process accordingly. The automatic temperature controller is a full-featured tabletop temperature controller designed for a variety of applications. This temperature control system can be manually programmed to reach a desired temperature or computer controlled for sophisticated temperature profiling. The temperature controller automatically determines the best settings for optimal heating based on the thermal response of a particular system.
