Automotive Air Cooling Systems

Automotive requires wide range air and cooling equipment to reduce temperature in the engine to limit engine maintenance and raise working efficiency and durability. The automotive air cooling systems include a/c systems including compressors, condensers and heating pumps etc. Compressor is a belt driven pump that is fastened to the engine. It is responsible for compressing and transferring refrigerant gas. They have an intake side and a discharge side. The intake, or suction side, draws in refrigerant gas from the outlet of the evaporator. Condensers are designed to radiate heat. They have a good airflow when the system is in operation. On rear wheel drive vehicles, they are usually accomplished by taking advantage of the existing engine's cooling fan. Accumulators are used on systems that accommodate an orifice tube to meter refrigerants into the evaporator. Compact engine pumps based on absorption cycles, using refrigerants like lithium or ammonia often used for air conditioning and refrigeration for automotive applications.
