Thermocouple connectors measure wide range of temperatures, and have diverse applications. These connectors have excellent thermal and electric characteristics. They grade contacts and assure high accuracy. General-purpose connectors are available in spectrum temperature ranging -200° to +1200° c. Non-magnetic thermocouples are available for use in low voltage applications. Platinum or rhodium thermocouples suit to use under a high temperature range up to 1800°c. Thermocouple's use two types of metals like nickel-aluminium and nickel-chromium. They come with different probes for specific applications. These connectors are embedded with color-coded bodies molded of high strength glass-filled nylon. The connector ground-straps often protect against electrical noise errors. They work with shielded wires widely with twisted shielded wires. Low noise connectors are designed to provide easy connection of ground wires to probes and extension wires. These connectors often come with panels, made of anodized aluminium.
