Shaping machine is a machine tool for shaping metal or wood, which is used to machine flat metal surfaces especially where a large amount of metal has to be removed. It can cut curves, angles and many other shapes. It is mostly used in a workshop and its movement is very simple but can produce a variety of works. there are three main types of shaping machines.The profiler machine that follows wooden templates to cut deck and bottom curves into blanks, the pantograph machine that uses a plug to trace the tool paths for the cutting head to shape the blank and the cnc machines, such as cet which don't need a 'plug' to copy and receive the design directly from the computer. And which makes it easier to make one-off boards built to each surfer's specifications, more accurately than other machines or hand shapers, with less wastage and more efficiency.
