Monorail is an effective method of moving and positioning loads to specific locations in wide industrial sectors. The monorail system is a single run of overhead track on which carriers or trolleys travel. This avgs system not only enhance the production by easing the workload, conquering time and space. The monorail system is offered in widest range as complex systems incorporating curved tracks, multiple switches and interlocks that permit them to interface with other material handling systems. This industrial material handling equipment is highly automated monorail system controlled by computers or programmable logic controllers. The monorail conveyor system consists of side-mounted mobile workstations and infrared obstruction detection systems to prevent pallet collisions. In these systems each carrier has their own controller, enabling users to vary the movement and duration of a pallet's stay at a workstation as required.
