Hot melt adhesives are thermoplastic adhesives. These adhesives are also known as hot glue or hot melt glue. Thus these hot melts are thermoplasts chemicals. Hot glues are applied hot and are allowed to harden as they cool. Hot glue or hot melts have versatile uses and very convenient for application. Thus these glues are very useful different crafts because of their easy usage and versatility about a range of materials they can adhere to. A typical method of applying hot melt glue is with the help of a glue gun. A glue gun melts the solid adhesive and gushes the liquid hot glue through the barrel of the glue gun onto the material. Then the liquid glue solidifies and hardens.
