Industrial Vacuum Cleaners

Like many other sectors, vacuum cleaners, the air pollution control equipments, are also applicable in the industrial sector. Industrial vacuum cleaners works on the principle of cyclone. This modern industrial vacuums were adapted from industrial cyclonic separators. Cyclonic vacuum cleaners does not use bags: instead, the dust collects in a detachable, cylindrical collection vessel. Air and dust are blown at high speed into the collection vessel at a direction tangential to the vessel wall, creating a vortex. The dust particles and other debris move to the outside of the vessel due to centrifugal force, where they fall because of gravity. Then clean air from the center of the vortex is expelled from the cleaning equipment after passing through a number of successively finer filters at the top of the container. The first filter attached to the industrial cleaner is intended to trap particles that could damage the subsequent filters that remove fine dust particles. Commercial vacuum cleaners for home-usage is also available. The performance of the vacuum cleaner filter can be measured in different parameters.
