Cylinders, Brake Pressure

Braking system is the most important part of any automotive vehicle. The customers demand for an even better braking system every day. Hence, many manufacturers are producing better and even better quality brake pressure cylinders. The brake cylinders are filled with hydraulic fluid, so that when the pressure in the hydraulic system is increased, the pistons move out to contact the brake pads and engage the brakes against the rotor. The pressure of the hydraulic fluid in the brake cylinders is proportional to the force applied to the brake pedal by the driver. The brake wheel cylinders contain pistons, and the brake pads lie just outside. To reduce the pressure in the hydraulic brake cylinders, an antilock braking system is required. The brake master cylinder is the one, which is located under the hood, and is directly connected to the brake pedal, converts a foot's mechanical pressure into hydraulic pressure. It displaces hydraulic pressure to the rest of the brake system.
