Telescopic cylinders are required to be used for certain applications due to severe space limitations. The structural appearance of a telescopic cylinder includes outer body and an inner piston between which, lays the outer piston that is useful in the passage of fluid. Similarly, the structure of a telescopic hydraulic cylinder is equally complicated, as the outer piston is required to have all the features of the cylinder body from inside and all the features of the piston rod from outside. A two or 4 stage telescopic cylinder always consists of three or four or more concentric tubular components, each of them required to be machined to a high degree of precision and accurately placed in position with precise clearances. The task of manufacturing a telescopic cylinder is quite challenging since each long and slender part requires special methodology for manufacture as well as special attention and care during handling. Yet, there are many manufacturers, who are not only producing and supplying, but also maintaining these telescopic cylinders, as there is a great demand for them in the industrial market.
