• A variety of wenzel geartec - fully automatic cnc-gear measuring machine type wgt 500 are made available by prime technologies. This gear-measuring machine comes with a scanning probe system and an integrated rotary table that is absolutely suitable to carry out all measurements on spur and helical gears. This concept of the machine allows a fully automatic measuring process with highest accuracy. It can be measured on work pieces up to 500 (600) mm diameter on spur and helical gears. The vertical range of measurement is 650 (optional 800) mm. By means of corresponding software modules, which are optionally available, bevel gears, worms, cylindrical shafts etc can also be checked. Also available is the fully automatic cnc gear measuring center from wenzel geartec, germany. This machine is equipped with air bearing guide way systems in all axes providing frictionless and wear-free operation. Base plate, z-, x- and y-axis are made from dark granite in order to achieve the same thermal behaviour in all axes..
