• Sine plate (spm-510) is a time saving device for angle grinding requirements. The angle setting is works on the principle of sine so the setting time is reduced to a bare minimum. Large angle range is benefical to the customer. Magnetic top sines easier and time saving clamping. The plate is helpful in grinding of angle matching parts, e.G., core and cavity blocks, inserts, punches and parting line grinding. Made of high quality alloy steel, hardened, tempered and precision ground, it is helpful in doing edm at an angle. Rollers are made by stainless steel, which makes it rust free and increases life and quality. A gap of 2 mm is outsiders in rest plate for working in very small angles, e.G., 0 3 min. Compound sine plate (cspm-510) is designed as modular with sine plate as upper portion and is used where accurate working on compound angle is required. .
