• The punch former is used for precision grinding of round and angular shaped parts to form punches, edm electrodes and core pins. Besides round, radius and multi angle or any special form can be ground. It can be used easily for light milling. Features: all parts (except handle and dial) are made of special tool steel, hardened and accessories ground; specially designed integral preloaded bearing for high concentricity and minimum deflection; 24 precise indexing positions offered quick action positioning for 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24 divisions by simple application of dividing lever; deflection free spindle lock; dial graduated over 360 in 1 increments; adjustable two tenons and pin are offered precisely set angles in between hard index locations; v-block can be disassembled for use separately; and inspection certificate is furnished. .
