• These are produced from solid steel hss up to 400 mm diameter for cutting-off machines/saws for ferrous and non-ferrous metals appropriate for mounting on any specified machine. The range available is: fine pitch saws to is 5031/din 1837, diameter from 20-315 mm, width from 0.2 to 6 mm with tooth forms type a and from width 1.5 with tooth forms aw (alternate chamfer). Tooth form b (parrot tooth) to is 5031/din 1831 specification is provided on request as is tooth form bw (parrot teeth with alternate chamfer) or tooth form c in tooling types n-h-w. The company is also dealing with coarse pitch saws to is 5031/din 1838 specification, diameter 32-315 mm, width 0.3-6.0 mm normally with a parrot tooth (tooth form b). Tooth form bw (parrot with an alternate chamfer) is provided from 1.5 mm width and tooth form c (high/low) from 3.0 mm width (tool types n-h-w). Cnc controlled sawing machines demand for highest quality saws as far as the tooth geometry, grinding finish and run out are concerned. Tungsten carbide tipped saws and saws from m35 and m42 material are available according to specific requirement. Slitting saws with side clip clearance: for precision, burr-free cutting these slitting saws, can provide proper solutions. These saw are offered as per bs 1 22. Part i, a type (straight teeth).
