These include titanium alloy horns, hard-coated aluminium alloy horns and hardened steel alloy horns and are used for high amplitude applications, involving engineering thermoplastics in very large numbers. These titanium horns are manufactured from certified grades of titanium alloys. Hard-coated aluminium horns are used for medium amplitude applications. These aluminium horns offer long life and high wear resistance. They are particularly beneficial when welding glass/ talc filled plastics. Hardened steel alloy horns are used for low amplitude applications. These steel horns have long life even when there is metalas to metal contact. They are offered for ultrasonic plastic welding as well as ultrasonic metal welding applications. Aluminium fixture minimise marking on plastic parts and epoxy fixtures match contoured parts perfectly, beside eliminating marking problems altogether, even on screen-printed or painted parts..
