• Spm india has manufactures high and ultra high-pressure specific component washing and drying equipments. These equipments are successfully improved keeping in mind the problem faced in automobile industry for blind and tapped hole cleaning applications and millipore contamination levels needed during assembly. In these machines, hot pressurised jet cleaning from 25 to 350 bar has been required to meet the customer's applications. The machines are perfectly suited for automobile industries production lines and hydraulic component producers. The prototype ultra high pressure washing machine manufactured has been outlifted with robotic one or two nozzle movements according to component geometry to flush out very small chips, burrs and inparity adhering inside blind and tapped holes. The ultra high pressure machines have also removed rust from some of the components during tryouts and have consumed less water thus saving this precious resource. .
