• Sushma industries makes various spring testers suitable for testing torsion springs. Several models is available are manually operated, motorrized and computerised to suit various customer requirements. The main features are measurement of torque and angle with their digital display. The computerised system has a facility for plotting torque vs angle characteristics, indication of ok or not ok status for the set values and r & r analysis facility. The system is provided with various capacity interchangeable torque sensors to accommodate different sizes and capacity of springs to be tested in a single system. .
