• New india electricals ltd manufacture metering and dosing pumps that are positive displacement exchange plunger-type or diaphragm-type pumps with the ability to vary the capacity manually or automatically as process conditions demand. These pumps from when the reciproating motion is transferred to a plunger by a worm shaft and worm wheel mechanism. The pumps are offered enough to pump any viscous fluids with a constant discharge pressure irrespective of suction pressure differences. The metering and dosing pumps are designed to deliver flow strams aat adjustable and controllable rates. They ar eoffered in different capacities strtng from a few ml/hr to 6000 ltr/hr and can develop pressures up to 200 kg/cm. Materials of construction include: cl, ss-304, ss-316, alloy-20, pp, ptfe, etc. District of these pumps are that the flow can be adjusted from 0 to 100 per cent anywhere while the pumps are running or in satned-by position.
