• Vishal presents 20 dp moulded delrin gear range. Delrin is strongest material and needs no lubrication for gears. Normally the standard simple gears are having aluminium at the centre with hole dia 3/8" or 5/8" and with 3 screws for easy mounting. Standard teeth offered are 24, 30, 36, 40, 48, 64, 80, 96, and 108. Gears with 12, 16, 20 and 24 teeth are offered without centre aluminium bush and with 3/8" hole dia or with slot. Compound gear (ie, gear/pinion assembly) single piece moulded is available with gear ratio of 1:2 -20 x 40 teeth, 1:3 - 16 x 48 teeth and 1:4-12 x 48 teeth. These simple and compound gears can be used in special purpose machines or transmission drives. They can also be used with ac synchronous motors or dc stepping motors..
