• These are developed using 3d profiles and deep draw operatin in sheet metal. It requires critical welding operation to maintain dimensional accuracies as well as strength of weld/weld penetration. The various parts are extension apron, housing rear combination lamp, cross members floor, bracket bumper, bracket radiator, straps for fuel tanks, etc. These products are manufactured on state of the art presses using indigenous or imported tooling. Specific tests such as cycle/endurance are carried out on dedicated fixtures as per customer requirements. Various type of receiving gauges are used at the assembly stage to produce high quality products. .
