• Arihant industrial corpn ltd presents lathe-mounted super finishing machines (model arisup-50 lt), that are pneumatically-units mounted on the tool post of any lathes. These machines can superfinish roating components with the oscillating movement of the superfinshing stones. They are very ful in improving surface finish, up to 0.02 mu ra on various shafts, piston rods, hardchrome copper-plated/aluminium rolls, rotogravure rolls. Gear shaft needles, spindles, etc. Various diametrs and lengths can also be superfnished. The superfinishing machines have amplitude of 1 to 5 mm and ascillations of 2000 to 2500 strocks per min. Other models have double-head supefinishing for copper rolls, extra long head superfinishing for crank shafts, and internal superfinishing for bores. .
