  Product Description :
   •  Sigma mcbs offers the current limiting mcbs with undelayed magnetic and delayed thermal trips and with trip free mechanism which enable them to meet all their functions with highest safety. The magnetic relay is design in such away that it presents great impendence level to short circuit currents. This provides the short circuit current values to be cut down to low levels (lower then 1/3 of the prospective fault level), hence reducing the let through energy to the lowest level. The 12 plates arching chamber attached to arc runner is designed, that the gases are cooled quickly enough to give the mcb to clear 10 ka short circuit successfully. Effect of temperature on current carrying capacity: sigma mcbs are measured at 30 as per is-8828- 1996, iec-898, for off setting the effect of temperature variation other than calibration temperature. Multiply with k correction factor as per graph. .
