• Honing machine for mico by khushbu engineers. A typical operation is honing dia 4 mm blind bore. The beauty of operation is that it corrects the taper of 1 to 5 micron to 0.5 micron. Above all, it maintains the pre-honing accuracies such as bore to seat run out while it improves cylindricity, straightness and out of roundness of the bore. Similarly, machines are developed for particular requirements in horizontal as well as vertical honing applications. Khushbu honing machines aee effectively applicable in bore finishing and improving geometary of various components of internal diameter ranging from 3 to 75 mm. The machines design is a firm compact and modular. A special braking effect to spindle is offered to decrease cycle time. Specially designed mandrels enable to get very high precision and repeat ability of size within 0.003-0.005 mm. Spindle nose is fitted with 4 way adjusting chuck with micro conical adjustment. Spindle speeds range is 0-1400 rpm infinitely constant. .
