• The bench type precision drilling machine for drilling holes up to 3 mm diameter, from micro engineering works, it is hardened and ground spindle is driven by a specially developed belt pulley arrangement, connected with single phase mains operated motor to get high speed for pcb drilling and other micro drilling application. Conveniently placed controls, compact structure and precision geometry are the other features. The machine is efficient with either flexible collet chuck of three jaws self-tightening keyless drill chuck. Its widely used in drilling small and very small holes in high accuracy components, tool manufacture, prototype and research work, laboratory work, batch manufacturing, in electronic industry, jewellery, clock making and related industries. The machine is presently comes in two models: pdm-m-101 (for mechanical application) and pdm-p-201 for (pcb application). The company is a participant at imtex 2004, hall no. 12, stall a19. .
