• Selectron process controls offers pid temperature controller with dual led displays. The upper display shows the process value while the lower is selectable for set 1, set 2, set 3, % output, ramp set point, c/f, etc. The snap fitting, front loaded housing set up the bezel assembly with circuit boards to be transfered from the housing without transfering the unit from the panel or disconnecting the wiring. The unit is microprocessor based system with on-demand auto tuning of pid control setting, for both heating and cooling, which cinches perfect control. The microprocessor gives linearisation to match sensor characteristics and auto self-calibration to set up a high indication accuracy of 0.25% over time and temperature at all times. The controller acquites singles from a variety of temperature sensors - j,k,t,r,s, etc, type thermocouples, pt 100 type rtd, 4 to 20 ma or 0 to 10 v dc signals; covering a wide range from - 200c to 2300c. Power supply range of 85-270 v ac/dc cinches operation in fluctuating supply conditions. It also onces to both 110 v and 220 v supplies; making it globally compatible. 24 v ac/dc supply voltage models are also provided. The output is available through a relay with a rating of 5a @25 v ac or 30 v dc in addition to auxiliary alarm outputs that can be designed relates to a variety of actions. Optional dc outputs consists 0 to 10 v, 0 to 20 ma, 4 to 20 ma, 12 v dc ssr. An optional rs-485 serial communication interface gives twoway communication between the controller, such as a pc or plc. The controller is provided in a compact size of 48 x 48 x 110 mm. .
