• Tespa tools, an iso company, offices range of electronic inprocess grinding gauges that cable used for cheking external diameter jobs during cylindrical grinding operation. It provides a very accurate method og continuous inspection and size control during grinding. Swing arm and table mounted types are provieded suiting to the grinding machine requirements. It can be connected to the automatic cycle of the grinding machine or alternatively to an external solenoid which can be provided to retract the grinding wheel. When fitted with special calipers, it also measures interrupted surfaces such as diameters with keyways,knurls and spline. Moldes with analogue/digital display and programmable micro controller systems for spc applications with absolute value provision are also available with printer facility.
