• Machine, introduced by pal fabricators is available in 9, 11 and 13 rolls, thickness up to 12 mm. Is coil straightening machine. This is widely used to flat tin plate coils, cr, hr, and gp coils. And suitable for straightening sheets, which come in coil form. It's machine body is made of solid steel plates. All bores on the body plate are done on dro fitted jig boring machine and body is planed on a plano-miller to give accurate and smooth movement to all rolls. This machine consists of a distribution gearbox, which gives movement to all rolls simultaneously with the help of universal joints. Which are designed at the company's workshop in en-9 material. It also designs distribution gearboxes in-house as per machine requirement. All gears used are of en-24 series duly tested. All bushes used are of phosphor bronze-2 (pb-2), which does not wear out easily and it increases the life of the machine and so results in low maintenance cost. The machine has single piece heavy-duty i-beam used for the frame. Rolls used in these machines are of duly tested en-19. .
