• New startech engineers offers high precision positive displacement internal gear pumps for fuel oils. The pumps are offered in sizes varying from ½" to 1" covering wide range of discharge capacity from 150 to 6000 lph and discharge pressure up to 30 kg/cm². The pumps are available with volitional features like in-built pressure regulating/relief valve with/without external bypass arrangement to meet the specific need of end-users application. The internal components are made out of the high quality steel and are hardened and ground to offer better tear and wear resistance as well as quiet operation. The pump body and cover is made from graded cast iron with additional alloying elements to provide higher wear and tear resistance and permits to handle high temperature fluids. Due to these distinct features, the pumps eliminate the various problems faced by the end-users such as fluctuation in pressure, drop in discharge capacity, higher wear and tear of rotating parts, jamming or seizure of gears, premature failure, frequent maintenance, etc. These pumps are suitable for pumping variety of viscous fluids like hsd, ldo, fo, lshs, lubricating oil and a wide range of non-abrasive and non-corrosive viscous fluids having viscosity range from 2.5 to 455 cst. Applications of these pumps are in boilers, oil burners, furnaces, ovens, kilns, phf units, hot mix plants, lubricating systems, transfer of viscous fluids, etc..
