This pump incorporates a special design that eliminates the need for conventional mechanical seals. The repeller in this pump evacuates the stuffing box cover and allows the pump to operate leak free without rubbing and interfering component mechanically. Seven sizes of self-priming process pump are available, three of which are available for 2900 rpm. Operation that again utilizes the same power end, shaft, stuffing box cover and impeller. This finest type of pump is ideal for handling hydrochloric acid and even various chloride solutions. Some of the pump components are one piece composites of epoxy resin and glass fibers that contain no adhesive joints and are available in three sizes plus a self primer is added for suitable for temperature to 150°c and capacities to 114 m3/hr.
