• Gear rolling tester is good for checking total composite error, tooth-to-tooth error, pcd and backlash. The tool consists of solid and robust base, which has one floating slide and other is fixed. The floating slide is mounted virtually free without play and ftiction, floating on high quality accessories needle bearings and insures maximum accuracy and repeatability. This slide is jointed to a dial gauge, which indicates the variation. The gear mounting arbors are available with the equipment, which are fixed on floating and fixed sliders respectively. The floating table offers extremely free and fine movement and thus accurate test results are obtained. The scale is fitted on the base of the tool and vernier scale is attached on the floating slide. The high centre column is provides for checking shaft gears. The spur gears ranging frim dia 40 to 350 mm and shaft gears up to 750 mm length can be checked. The bevel and worm gear attachment is available as an optional equipment. .
