• The apfr fi automatic power factor controller presents krykard load manager series for controlling power factor from alacrity electronics, chennai. Apfr fi provides constant control on the reactive power consumed by the load and connects/disconnects capacitor banks. It is panel mountable, available in a standard 144 x 144 container with time indication duration between 2 successive capacitor step switching is adjustable from 6 to 30 seconds. The capacitor banks get automatically disconnected when supply voltage fails and the capacitor switching occurs with maximum of 14 steps. Zero-setting device for voltage failure and a filter, ensuring normal operation even in case of considerable line interference is the added feature.
