microtech presents electronic dial gauge calibration tester (lc 0.0001 mm) which suits the iso 9000 requirements for periodic calibration of one-micron dial gauges. The equipment is offered in association with sylvac sa, switzerland, and is useful for periodic calibration of plunger type dial gauges; lever type dial gauges and bore gauges. The equipment includes of a rigid stand having the dial gauge fitting arrangement on an upper holder and a micro screw with probe in the holder below the same. The dial gauge holding system has a mechanism of fine adjustment for setting the gauge. This is the speciality of its design. The digital unit testifies movement of the probe which is fitted in the micro screw. The digital indication unit has the required number of operating switches for setting different modes. The equipment will particularly meet iso 9000 requirement of periodic calibration of precision measuring instruments. It can also be interfaced with a computer and a calibration software is offered with the equipment..
