• Pulsecho systems introduces ultrasonic thickness gauges, mp-200l and compu-t. Well proven non-destructive testing gauges for wall thickness measurement and lamination detection are now the ultimate word in inspection, quality control and corrosion monitoring. Velocity measurement facilitates metallurgical studies like nodularity, graphite size and tensile strength of castings. Probes of 2.5 and 5 mhz and various contours (shapes) cover all thickness gauge needs even at elevated temperatures. Mp-200l has a 0.01 mm resolution, 200 reading data logger and a printer port. The low cost compu-t with 0.1 mm resolution is excellent for corrosion monitoring. Both the gauges have auto probe setting and direct entry of thickness/velocity for calibration thus eliminating the need of having samples of various materials. Custom made lcd display with legends and keyboard operation make these gauges very easy to use giving reliable and repeatable results..
