• Pepl presents micro-controller based flow totaliser/integrator (µ tot), which are highly reliable and accurate, and are easy to operate. The input can be 4-20 ma dc, 1-5 v dc and 100-9999 hz (factory set). Individual alarms for integration counts and flow rate. Zero/span calibration is through software, so also linear/square root selection. Standard features include lower cut off point selectable in square root mode, flow rate in percentage/engineering units, alarm in auto/manual reset. The desired units can be set through software (count/hr, count/min) and memory retention is more than 5 years (no battery required). It gives 4-20 ma dc output for re-transmission and 24 v dc power supply for 2-wire transmitter. The unit can be used for a variety of application in petroleum, chemical, steel, sugar and related process industries. It operates on 110/230 v ac supply, standard cutout size is 92 (w) x 92 (h) mm and is housed in flush panel extruded aluminium enclosure and has soft touch keys for operation..
