• Quality quest presents digital test spring machine. The machine has tow hard chrome plated columns with a fine cut single screw fitted with a hand wheel for manual loading and unloading arrangement. The machine uses a high precision loadcell for measurement of force. For displacement measurement, a mechanical linear scale, digital vernier calliper or a rotary encoder is used. The measurement system of the machine is based on latest microprocessor based electronics with tare facility. Salient features microprocessor based unit force measurement accuracy ±1 per cent of indicated load or 0.5 per cent of full load value, depending on whichever is higher. Quick and accurate measurement interchangeable load cells modulus data for load and displacement optional dot matrix printer interface optional rs-232 computer interface with window based softwares.
