• New delhi-based rockwin flowmeter india pvt ltd manufactures turbine flowmeters, which are precise, reliable and rugged instruments built to international standards. These flowmeters are suitable for a wide variety of industrial, commercial and aerospace applications. Rockwin turbine flowmeters are designed to provide high order of performance, accuracy and reliability under the severest conditions encountered in oil, gas, petrochemical, and other industries. Sizes range form 5 to 50 mm threaded and from 5 to 500 mm flanged end connections. All flowmeters are individually calibrated. Liquid calibration facilities at rockwin include a certified 500 mm meter prover, whereas, the gas calibration facility is based on transfer standards. A comprehensive range of electronic signal conditioning and readout instruments is available for use in conjunction with turbine flowmeters. These electronic devices include flow rate monitors, flow totalisers, various flow computers, switching devices and signal conditioning electronics for local and remote transmission of the output. Readout equipment may be located up to 50 metres from the turbine flowmeter. When a rockwin pre-amplifier is used, the readout unit may be located up to 3000 metres depending upon the resistance of cable used. Specifications of meters for liquids are as follows: * accuracy - linearity: (0.5 percent over 10 to 100 percent flow range; (0.25 percent under specified conditions; repeatability: (0.02 percent to (0.05 percent on 95 percent confidence level * temperature range - tungsten carbide/stellite: -20(c to +150(c; open ball bearings: -20(c to +150(c (clean liquids only) * pressure drop: approximately 0.28 kg/cm2 (4 psi) at maximum flow (sg, 1, viscosity 1 cst) * maximum pressure - threaded meter: 250 kg/cm2 (4000 psi); flanged meter: according to flange rating * electrical connections: ms type amphenol connector series 10 sl 3102, supplied with mating connector or terminal block mounted in certified conduit box * materials body (all sizes): stainless steel (carbon steel on order) * flange: carbon steel (stainless steel on order) * rotor: stainless steel 430/anc 21 * bearing support: stainless steel 316 * bearing: tungsten carbide, stellite, ss ball bearing meters for gases are available with accuracy (1 percent over 10 to 100 percent flow range (inclusive of linearity and repeatability). The temperature range for shielded ball bearings is -50(c to +150(c and pressure drop is approximately 1 inch wg at maximum flow (air sg 1). The other specifications are same as liquid meters..
