• Talyrond 290 is a fully programmable straightness and parallelism measuring system from taylor hobson. They provide automation of the gauge attitude and orientation for fast, repetitive measurement. Talyrond 290 incorporates a bi-directional spindle with absolute positioning capabilities, providing greater measurement flexibility, especially when measuring vertical straightness or parallelism of specific radial positions. The spindle speed range is from 1 to 10 rpm, enabling spindle speed to be matched with component diameter and desired measurement cycle time.
talyrond 290’s improved arm and column positioning accuracy deliver improved performance where greater repeatability and reproducibility and cycle time are critical.
