• Pune-based san vij engineers offers the positive displacement flowmeter, based on oscillating piston or rotary piston designed for accurate and reliable flow measurement of various industrial oils, fuels, chemicals, solvents etc. The flowmeter consists of piston oscillating inside a cylindrical housing by a partition. The non-contact type solid-state sensor mounted outside the housing is actuated by a magnet encapsulated in the piston. Output of solid-state sensor is fed to the microprocessor based totalizer or batch controller or flow transmitter. This positive displacement flow meter is used for monitoring consumption of fuels like ldo, diesel, furnace oil, and lshs. This can also be used as a fuel dispenser, and for fuel loading/unloading. Technical specifications include moc: aluminium electroless nickel plated brass/ss304/ss316, maximum operating temperature and pressure: 80ºc and 10kg/cm² (higher temperature possible). The viscocity is 2000cst (maximum pressure drop: 0.2 to 0.3 kg/cm² (at max. Flow rate), while accuracy is 0.5 percent. Display unit: din 96 x 96, panel mounting, supply 230vac (flameproof enclosure optional). .
