They are developed specifically to address the unique hardware and software debugging challenges experienced by digital design engineers that threaten design schedules. The tls 700 series is developed using a breakthrough technology called magnivutm. A super-fast digital sampler of the product helps each logic analyser module to deliver 500 picosecond (ps) timing resolution on all channels. The state acquisition is up to 200 mhz. It has 34 channels and all the channels have the same probe. The high-resolution time is 500 ps and the record lengths are 68 k, 256 k, 1 m and 4 m. The state speed of the product is 100mhz / 200mhz and the conventional/transitional timing is 250 mhz. Simultaneous state and timing on all channels through same probes is conceivable. The analyser is supported with a complete integrated dso and windows 95 user interface..
