• Tmc measuring instruments pvt ltd presents electronic comparators micro 101 / 102 .They are available in 2 models-analogue and digital, and can be provided as per customer’s guidelines and with output for regulating any manufacturing operation. Comparative measurements can be observed by the electronic transducers with respect to a master, either by directly mounting the transducers on the stand, checking the outer diameter by fixing it in snap gauge or checking the internal diameter by fixing the transducers in a mechanical bore gauge or an electronic plug gauge.It automatically turns off, if not used for more than two minutes, to evade unnecessary battery discharge. Three flashing lights in yellow, green and red indicate the oversize and undersize of the components. Both the digital and analogue models have switches for selection of measuring range in both metric and inch units. The analogue unit has a measuring range of ±10 to ±1000um, and the digital unit has a range from ±20 to ±2000mm. The unit is supplied with a small screwdriver for the fine adjustment and battery eliminator and works both on mains and battery. All the electronic comparators manufactured by tmc can be attached with bore gauges or snap gauges or plug gauges, (any make) for faster , better, and accurate measurements with tolerance setting and light signals wherein all components can be fastly classified into rework, reject slots or accefit..
