• Uni-automation ( i ) pvt ltd presents a variety of leakage testing equipments precisely for use in automotive industry. They are to be connected in the manufacturing line to test products which are subjacent to high pressure hydraulics or which should be leaking later, which in turn results in replacements, reworks or hold-ups in the assembly line. These equipments embodies the total fixturing taking into account the geometry and port layout of the product to be tested, pressures which are operated by pneumatic or hydraulic means in a sequence which is controlled by advanced programmable logic controllers. The method used such as air or vacuum leak testing or bubble testing adheres on geometrical parameters of the product and the sequence adopted for testing. These machines use highly sensitive leak testers either indigenous or imported which can point out a change of a few mm of water or mercury colurrm, but at the same time can withstand short differentials up to 40 bar. The machines function in a totally automatic sequence (typically-20-40 seconds floor to floor) without operator intervention. At times even the unloading and loading of the job is carried out as an element of assembly line sequence. This facilitates operation of multiple machines by single operator. The accepted jobs are marked suitable as per the customers need. The not accepted jobs are released by the machines after acknowledgement by the operator or are stored in a rejection bin in the machine itself to prevent mix-ups of the rejected jobs. The machines can also be tailor-made to measure assembly within 0.025 mm. Many of these machines are operating with leading automotive component manufacturers and with more than 6 years of uninterrupted service. The applications for these or similar machines are for automotive brake, engine block radiator, steering, transmission, fuel tank and in engineering industry for checking of different kinds of valves in the drugs and pharmaceutical industry, camera, watches, alucans and food industry..
